We typically respond within 24-48 hours during business days. For faster support, please include your device type (iPhone/Android) and app version in your message.
When you first open UnVaped, you'll be prompted to enter your quit date. You can also change it later in Settings → Quit Date. Your quit date is used to calculate all your progress milestones.
Add up what you spend on vaping products (disposable vapes, pods, e-liquid, etc.) per day. For example, if you buy a $20 disposable that lasts 2 days, your daily cost is $10. Enter this in Settings → Daily Spend.
Subscriptions are managed through your app store account, not within the app. Follow the steps above to manage your subscription and select "Cancel Subscription." You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Health milestones are based on peer-reviewed medical research about nicotine recovery timelines. They're calculated from your quit date and represent average recovery times. Individual results may vary—always consult your healthcare provider.
Currently, UnVaped tracks one quit date at a time. If you relapse and restart your journey, you can update your quit date in Settings. Your previous data will be reset.
Yes! Most of your data (quit date, craving logs, check-ins) is stored locally on your device and never leaves it. Only subscription status is synced through RevenueCat. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data from your device. This action cannot be undone.
Contact us at support@unvaped.xyz to request an export of your data. We'll provide it in a standard format within 30 days.
Currently, data is stored locally on each device. Cloud sync is planned for a future update. Your subscription status will sync automatically across devices signed into the same app store account.
Verify that your quit date is set correctly in Settings. The timer calculates from your quit date to the current time. Make sure your device's date and time settings are correct.
